99th and Union Hills Closure

on .

Traffic Advisory Update: 99th Avenue at Union Hills Drive

The 99th Avenue Driveway to Marinette Center will be closed from Wednesday, March 15 through Saturday, March 18.

In addition, Maricopa County DOT will be closing the entire intersection beginning on Saturday, March 18 at 5am for 24 hours (to be re-opened by Sunday at 5am).

RCSC Cardholders are advised at least one of the entrance driveways from Union Hills will remain open during this time period.

Access through the area when the intersection is closed will require traveling on Concho to Conestoga (from the north) or Lindgren to Conestoga (from the south). Street parking in this neighborhood is very limited and we request that you respect the area residents by not blocking driveways, etc.

Maricopa County continues to state that this project will be completed by the end of March. We remain hopeful that inclement weather does not cause any further delays.
